Clou Store_
In 2014, Clou opened its first flagship store in Maastricht. This is a sophisticated, future-proof retail concept that we worked on for two years. It bridges the gap between low-cost online retailers and physical brand. Unfortunately, our physical store is closed in December 2017. But we just continue online. Hopefully we will soon be able to open a physical store where you can fully experience the Clou experience.
For consumers and professionals
First and foremost, the Clou store is an inspiring place where consumers can see what is available. But, of course, professionals such as architects, installers and building companies designing and producing bathrooms or complete architectural projects are more than welcome.
Support and advice
If desired, the Clou Store adviser can provide help with choosing products. He can also design a custom-made toilet or bathroom based on the customer’s wishes. This design will be translated into a visual presentation so that the customer can really experience what his toilet or bathroom will look like. Only then will an offer be made.
A focus on worry-free service
The Clou Store can provide advice and/or direct the refurbishment of a bathroom or toilet. For this, we use our carefully compiled network of specialists. The focus of the entire process lies on providing a worry-free service. Our goal is always a satisfied customer! Of course it is also possible to simply purchase individual products. These can be delivered straight to the customer or installer.
